1. Category A (i): Expired work permit (PLKS) working with the initial Employer. Has worked min. 6mths before 15/2/2016.

2. Category A (ii): Expired work permit (PLKS) working with a different Employer. Has worked min. 6mths before 15/2/2016.

3. Category B: Overstayed Tourist with Social Visit Pass (PLS) expired before 1/9/2015. Has worked min. 6mths.
